Serevi Rugby Resident Camp a Success for ICEF players

This summer 3 ICEF rugby players were selected to attend the elite Serevi Rugby camp at the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista for a week. They seized the opportunity with both hands. Student comments below with photos of Domo Belinger, Domi White, and Malik Montez-Hendon.

Domo Bellinger, View Park ’14 and girls’ captain.
“This week long Serevi Camp was informative and beneficial for us. Not only did we learn new rugby skills, but we created friendships with other girls that will never be forgotten. We are appreciative for having the opportunity to participate in such an amazing camp, thank you Serevi!”

Malik Montez-Hendon, View Park ’17:
“The camp in San Diego showed me a lot of ways to be a better rugby player. The one I really focused on was my character. I learned about how it’s good to be a coachable athlete so I can be a good player on and off the field.”

Well done and thank you to everyone at Serevi who made this happen.
Everyone at ICEF Public Schools appreciates you.
