Please note that we plan our staffing needs well in advance based on registrations. This allows us to ensure a safe and fun environment for all athletes.
If you or your child is unable to attend the program after registering and you cancel the day the camp begins or before, you can apply the registration fee to a future ATAVUS program by emailing contact@ATAVUS.com. Refund and credit requests will be processed within 7 business days.
In case of injury or sickness, you will receive a full credit for the camp fee to be applied to another camp at a later date, or a refund minus the 20% administrative fee. Refunds related to an in-camp injury will be considered on a case – by – case basis.
If you registered through a partner organization, please contact that organization directly about their refund policy.
ATAVUS reserves the right to cancel any camp. In the event of a camp cancellation ATAVUS will make every effort to reschedule a new event in the proximity of the canceled camp within a 6 month time frame. Campers will be automatically transferred to that event unless specific request for a refund is make to contact@ATAVUS.com.
