Youth Rugby Programming – AGES 4-14

We work diligently to increase the number of young athletes exposed to Rugby and to give them fluid technical and game skills at earlier ages. Often, this work is done in partnership with organizations like YMCAs, Boys & Girls Clubs or Parks Departments.

Summer Camps:
We run week-long summer camps in multiple locations across greater Seattle and San Diego. We operate some of them independently and others in partnership with a municipality, a YMCA or a Boys & Girls Club. Summer camps run 9am to 3pm each day and are led by well- trained and background checked coaches. Camps are game-based and designed to give young athletes a broader introduction to rugby.

Rugby 100/200/300:
Our 100/200/300 series operates very much like our after-school programs but are run in partnership with municipalities, YMCAs, Boys & Girls Clubs or youth clubs. The 100/200/300 progression allows us to segment by age & ability to give each young athlete a fun & safe experience with appropriate stretch. We register based on age, but allow for kids to play up based on ability. As a general rule, the age breaks are: Level 100 (ages 4-6); Level 200 (ages 7-9); and Level 300 (ages 10-12).
